Do you take walk-ins?

We do take walk-ins, provided that there are no scheduled appointments at the time. However, it is strongly encouraged for you to book an appointment or call ahead to confirm availability.

How much will my appointment cost?

We use the “service fee + jewelry cost” model.

Service fees can be found on the “book an appointment” tab of our website.

Jewelry is a separate fee that varies based on what you choose, with Implant Grade Titanium options starting at $50/piece and 14K Solid Gold options starting at $120/piece.

Please keep in mind that we do not work with outside jewelry. Due to the nature of body piercing and body jewelry being a personal item, all jewelry sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, no exceptions.

Aftercare solutions such as NeilMed sterile saline solution, Recovery Aftercare mouthwash, and Naked All Natural oil are $12 each.

Where are you located?

We are located on the busy Boston Post Road on the West Haven/Orange line, within 5 miles of Yale University, the University of New Haven, Southern Connecticut State University, Albertus Magnus College and Gateway Community College.

There is a parking lot in the back of our building for your use. Please be sure not to park in the spots marked “reserved” as these are for the tenants who live in the building.

Are there any services that you do not offer?

At this time, we do not offer the following services:

• Surface piercings (all varieties)

• Tongue piercings (all varieties)

• Genital piercings (all varieties)

• Cheek/Dahlia piercings

• Large gauge initial earlobe piercings (larger than 12g)

• Children’s earlobe piercings (under 4 years old)

We are more than happy to recommend another reputable piercer nearby who can provide these services!
