ID Policy:

• All clients 18+ must bring a valid, government-issued photo ID. Expired IDs are not accepted.
• Minors must bring a long-form birth certificate, and must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian, along with the parent/legal guardian’s valid photo ID.
• The parent or guardian’s name must match what is listed on the birth certificate. If it does not, additional documentation (such as a marriage certificate, divorce decree, or legal name change document) is required.
• Legal guardians who are not the minor’s biological parent must provide official guardianship paperwork.
• Photocopies, screenshots, or photos of IDs/documents are not accepted.

Cancellation and Late Policy:

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 4 hours before the scheduled time.
• Any cancellation or reschedule within 4 hours of your appointment time will result in a $50 fee (plus tax).
• Arriving more than 5 minutes late to your appointment also results in a $50 fee (plus tax), as well as the appointment being rescheduled. This policy is in place so that we can give each client the time and care they deserve.
• No call/no shows will be charged a $50 fee (plus tax).
• If you no call/no show more than twice, you will be permanently banned from the studio.
• If you arrive without the required ID or documentation, your appointment will be canceled and the $50 fee (plus tax) will apply.

Credit Card Authorization:

• A credit card is required to hold your appointment and is securely stored by Square.
• Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.
• All payment is due at your appointment. Your card will only be charged in the event of a policy violation.

Jewelry and Aftercare Policy:

• Jewelry and aftercare products are not included in the piercing service price.
• Final costs will vary based on the jewelry selected. Jewelry for most piercings starts at $50 per piece. Please call us to inquire about jewelry pricing, or book a free jewelry consultation appointment.
• We do not work with outside jewelry. This is to ensure that only safe, high-quality jewelry is used.
• All jewelry sold comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover lost items or intentional damage.
• Jewelry sales are final, and there are no refunds or exchanges on body jewelry. No exceptions.
• Aftercare products may only be refunded if they are returned unused and damaged.
• For safety and hygiene reasons, clients are not permitted to install or remove their own body jewelry inside the studio. Please speak to a piercer if you need assistance.

Age and Anatomical Suitability Policy:

• Clients 18+ may receive any service listed on our service menu.
• Minors ages 4–13 are eligible for earlobe piercings ONLY, and are pierced on a case-by-case basis. The minor client is always in full control of whether the procedure proceeds, as consent and safety are our top priorities.
• Minors ages 14+ may receive all variations of ear, facial, and navel piercings listed on our service menu.
• All piercings are subject to anatomical suitability. If a piercing is not viable for your anatomy, we won’t perform it, and you won’t be charged for services not rendered.
• Minors are not permitted to accompany clients receiving nipple piercings, regardless of their relationship to the client. This is to maintain a professional, respectful environment for all clients.
• Individuals who are currently pregnant cannot be pierced under any circumstance, in accordance with safety standards. However, if you are pregnant, we are still happy to assist with jewelry installations or removals.

Multiple Clients & Piercing Room Guidelines:

• If you are booking for more than one person, each client must book their own appointment. We cannot accommodate multiple people in one time slot.
• Only the person being pierced and one guest are allowed in the piercing room.
• For minors, that guest must be the parent or legal guardian.
• Children under 10 years old who are not being pierced are not allowed in the piercing room and must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the studio.
